CLIENTS

We have established strong relationships with many of the building conservation industry's leading organisations (please see below) and continually complete work for various local authorities and private individuals.

Our commitment to total client satisfaction and an excellent standard of workmanship has cemented our reputation as a reliable and trusted contractor.

A charity that restores historic buildings to repurpose them as holiday cottages and retreats for the general public.  We have worked on many of The Landmark Trust's properties, including the restoration of various castles, towers, forts, follies and cottages.  We are currently working on the prestigious Llwyn Celyn contract, carefully restoring the oldest hall house in Wales.

The National Trust is a conservation charity working to protect Britain's historic buildings and natural environment.  I. J. Preece & Son Ltd have worked on a number of properties in the care of the National Trust.

We have worked on many buildings of historical importance alongside English Heritage.  These buildings are often open to the public, so that people can experience how the properties were originally used, and how they fit into England's history.

This client is the Governments advisor for the natural environment in England.  Their aim is to protect England's nature and landscapes.

The Historic Chapels Trust rescues unused places of worship in England and restores them so that they can be used by local communities and future generations.  We took great pride in helping them complete several projects to rescue redundant chapels.

We excel in our specialist knowledge of church restoration and conservation work and we have been delighted to work alongside The Churches Conservation Trust on many of their projects.  This national charity protects historic churches at risk through restoration and repair works, as well as encouraging church use through tourism, education and community events.

We have had the pleasure of working alongside CADW who are the Welsh Government's historic environment service.  They work to restore and protect places of historic interest in Wales.
